The death of crew member on the set of the new Tom Hanks film “Mr Rogers biopic” has opened an investigation.
The crew member has been identified as sixty-one year old James Emswiller who fell to his death from a two-story building during a smoking break according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Their are claims the Mr Emswiller suffered from a heart attack. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have six months to complete an investigation into his death. “If OSHA uncovers violations of any sort, citations will be issued” a spokesperson stated to the Hollywood Reporter.
