Study shows that doing too much cardio can affect your testosterone


According to recent studies by Oxford University, exercise cardiovascular exercises can have negative effects on your testosterone and fertility.

This is due to the fact that lower fat levels in men causes lower testosterone levels.

The lower fat levels and intensity of the workout affect the stress hormone cortisol which has detrimental affects on testosterone.

To avoid this it is recommended to take at least two days off from exercise a week and too eat enough calories.
