Nigel Farage has confirmed he will not stand as an MP in the upcoming UK general election.

Farage is heading The Brexit Party into its first general election, following winning 35% votes in the previous European Elections.

Speaking to the BBC’s Andrew Marr programme, Farage said he believes he will serve his cause better by travelling around the country supporting his Brexit Party candidates.

The British public will go the polls on Thursday 12th December.
