Jeremy Corbyn says he would remain neutral in second Brexit referendum

Jeremy Corbyn pledged to adopt a “neutral stance” in another EU referendum.

He appeared on BBC’s Question Time yesterday and faced questions.

Having been asked how anyone could vote Labour without knowing what outcome he would campaign for, Mr Corbyn said that he would start by negotiating a “credible” leave deal before he was interrupted by laughing.

Labour’s stance on Brexit has altered greatly since the UK voted to leave the single market.
