The body of a woman has been recovered in Australia’s outback after she was lost for two weeks.

The body is believed to be Claire Hockridge (46). Two of her friends were rescued.

The incident occurred when their car became stuck in a river bed.

Two of the friends followed a property fence in the hope of finding help.

Less than 2km away from the vehicle, Tamra was discovered suffering from dehydration.

Phu Tran (40) was discovered a two-day walk away from the vehicle but in good condition. The body has yet to be put under a formal identification.
